As the first residents of Dunnavant Square, we can honestly say that it has been a pleasure to have lived in our gorgeous new home for the past 2 months. The community has "old world charm" with sidewalks and street lights and is surrounded by natural, forested areas. The convenience of being just minutes away from Hwy 280 and the Greystone/Lee Branch areas has been a plus. In addition, we enjoy the benefits of being just across from main street Mt. Laurel and look forward to the addition of Dunavant's shopping area, which will complement the development. One of our favorite activities is sitting on the patio overlooking the wetland, listening to the streams and watching the wildlife. This new community offers the much desired amenities of being convenient to shopping and restaurants along with the quietness and privacy of country living. We look forward to watching this community grow, and anticipate many years of enjoying the area.

The Grocery is the hub of Mt Laurel. You can get a hot meal from their Deli menu or gather fixin's to make your own special dishes. Grab a drink or a snack. Buy some flowers for you garden. The General Store offers more than hardware and nails. It is a step back into the past. Besides the collection of tin signs all over the walls that advertise everything from cars to soft drinks, there are all sorts of gadgets that will remind you of the past. Next door is an ice cream & soda fountain shop to futher remind you of days gone by. Come for a visit and bring those memories up to date.
Planned Shopping
The Old World Charm of Dunnavant Square will extend to the Shopping Area that is already approved to be built. The renderings below will give you a real sense of how it all will look.
There will be a bank, a market, a pharmacy, some retail or office space and a filling station. All of this within easy walking distance with sidewalks all the way. It will have the same Old World feel and apperance as our town home community. In addition, the buildings will remain somewhat hidden among the trees so they will blend in with the surroundings.
